I've been searching desperately for a manga about two brothers, one of them is a quiet musician - i think he plays the piano (because at one point he had bandaged hands and could not play)- and the other is a rough guy.
The rough brother has been forcing the younger pianist to have sex with him and when the little brother is given the oppoutunity to go study music in Germany he takes it.
His elder brother lets him go, feeling regretful about what he did.
In Germany he stays with a family there who has a son who plays the violin. The violinist is interested in the pianist as well.

I have no idea what it is called and have been wanting to read it again. 😢 If anyone knows what it is can you please tell me the name or post a link to where i could read it?
