I remember it was part of the extra or so. And the uke has a punk-like appearance, and seduces and forces a businessman seme (scardey-cat), who was scared of him because of his piercings on his ears. They did it in a pubic bathroom. The uke is friends with the seme in the main story I'm pretty sure. Does anyone know this manga?

was it the chapter 6 of Kouun no Rihatsushi ?
half of ch 6 is about diff pair, after that it's about that punk-like uke & scaredy-cat seme
