If anyone can remember this manga- about a girl who is forced to pretend to be in a relationship/engagement with a guy from her school who is actually the heir to a prestigious gang family or something. He pays off her debts. He's also really shy and has a fear of blood at school, but it's actually because when he sees blood he gets kind of violent.
