Blah, for the life of me I haven't been able to find this manga I've read not so long ago.

It's about a girl who lives by the sea and her old childhood friend comes back to her hometown, whom she has a crush on.
That evening she goes off for a swim to catch fish when all of a sudden a man grabs on to her foot and instead of drowing she drags him and her to shore, where he trys to hit on her calling her "light" and she tries get away from him, then a book floats to shore, which she hits him with turning into a young boy!

  This was just the frist chaper, any help would be great!
