Would it be a good idea to remove 1-2 in options to vote for a series? There are no series that bad that gets published after the recent cut in what can be added to the site. It would also make it so "people" that think a series deserves a one are forced to vote more sanely.

The same can be said with the 10s and 9s and basically, this happens:
