Can we create new book types?

I want OEL to be divided into 3 different different types, OEN, OEWN and OEC.
OEN- Original english novels (actual printed novels)
OEWN- Original english webnovels (online novels)
OEC- Original english comics (whether they're based on manhua, manga, or manhwa it doesn't matter)
I wish to submit OEWNs to this site but there are 4 main issues:
-OEL type is too vague(this is being used for both novels and comics so its no good when looking for either but not both) and most people avoid that series type like the plague
-Novels type wont work because its originally in english so its technically OEL(again vague and avoided).
-Novels and webnovels are different because most published novels in english usually aren't as good of quality compared to webnovels which are for fun and aren't over-edited until the point of being boring and bland.
-if i tried to submit a series of such a type of webnovels like the ones at japtem or royalroadl under Novels you guys would either not accept it and ignore it or put it under OEL which is no good.
tbh I've posted multiple suggestions in this forum about important things we need but i don't thing you guys even read them anymore. we still have no sticky or box for removing categories and we have no search by author box on the advanced search page and we also have no report button in our inbox.
But can we atleast split up OEL into OEC and OEN at the very least. or even just make OEOC and OEON new types.
OEOC- Original english online comic
OEON- Original english online novels

Search by author
Exclude tag sticky/box
a situation in which i needed a report button but there wasnt one

As far as I'm aware, we don't accept OELs much,
unless they're officially published in the form of "comics" inspired by manga.
No online series and no novels.
If there're such series in the database, it might just be an overlooked relic from the past.

Can you tell me why? I think its kind of exclusive to allow crappy Japanese and chinese webnovels(there are good ones but a large portion are clones and otaku harem trash) and not allow quality English webnovels that themselves are based on Japanese novels.
I would understand if it was all novels but not allowing certain books just because they're originally in a different language that's not Asian in origin is just weird. We have books of all types and translations in almost every language, of which the majority is English but we can't have English novels, webnovels, and manga?

I don't think novels (not even Japanese ones) should be posted on this site. Its suppose to be a site to notify you of translated manga chapter releases.
ESPECIALLY not a site where people should be posting releases of their own novels. English novels don't belong here since this is a site ment to notify people of when a foreign work of literature has been fan translated. Im sure there is another site where English authors post their works. really don't need more novels on this site... too many now as is.
