I believe it’s either a Manhua or Manhwa, I read this before 2018 so bare with me please lol

1. The main character has a dark blue hair who has a speed power
2. He has a “friend” that has red hair who transferred to the same school as the main character. Maybe something along the lines of a mind control power?
3. The main character has a little brother who has light blue hair and has a power of a tiger quality and possibly transformation?
4. The beginning of the story is high school but has a time skip after the main character dropped out of school.
5. The setting is modern high school in the beginning and still modern throughout the story.
