What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

forgot the title of a manga i read a year ago:

the mc is both the hero and the demon lord, and travels between the demon castle and the hero party while fooling both sides.

The hero also had friends/classmates that were transported to the other world and he had to make sure they didn't find out he was the demon lord, right? because the only way they could leave the other world was to defeat the demon lord.

If that rings a bell then I've definitely read this and I'll try to track it down.

Edit: The manga I described above is Ecstas Online, is that what you were looking for?
