I don't remember the author, but I believe I read it on myreadingmanga. Don't remember much of it either, except the art was good and dark.

Not 100% sure if it's an actual dystopia either, might just be a fucked up world.

I think one of the characters was looking for someone else, and when he found it he'd been experimented on and turned into a monster, or maybe he'd always been a monster. I think when he found him, only the upper half of him was left.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about I'd really appreciate the help.
