An option to see how many chapters an individual has read and then decided to give their review on the topic/manga. Some reviewers say the number of chapters they read, which I find helpful. Myanimelist (MAL) always shows how many chapters the reviewer has read, given they have updated the count on MAL on most of the reviews.
