Lambchopsil, if you've seen the anime, check this out. If not, it might not be for you. Its funny in a comedic, perverted way. Oh, and in the beginning its almost hentai, later on, it goes full-on, I heard.

Actually, there's plenty of sex scenes even in the early volumes of the manga. The anime avoided it but our man, Kintaro, gets a lot of love.

I've seen the anime and the "benkyo benkyo benkyo" phrase is a part of my lexicon for some years now.
This thread really reminded me that reading the manga would be a nice idea. Kintaro was a very interesting character, as I remember. A real man.

In Germany they released the 10 (or 11?) manga volumes after the great anime in 2004.
I like the anime very much. It has all i want to see in a comedy/ecchi anime. It's fun!
But the manga is very different from the anime. The last volumes of Golden Boy are only about sex, sex, sex. Nothing more! No story. Really!!
