I'm looking for a yaoi story that is part of a collection of one-shots. It has two high school boys who are in love and run away together. They have no money so they have to get jobs and it becomes a strain on their relationship. One of them( the uke) gets sick and the seme takes him to the hospital and calls the uke's parents. They are separated and fast forward to years later they are adults see each other on opposite sides of the bridge. I read it and loved it, but can't remember where I read it.
