i forgot what genre it was, but i assume it was seinen. the plot was about a middle-aged man who lost a lot of his memories because he inhaled carbon monoxide in an enclosed room. then he found out he actually lived with his wife and in-laws iirc; but he felt super wary and suspicious about everything including his wife. i forgot quite a lot of details, but i think he found some letter/documents of some sort that pointed to his life pre-amnesia. based on those, he went on a journey to uncover the mystery behind himself.

the man had black hair and glasses. the art was kind of like mangas in the 80s-90s. i can't really remember anything else for the art 😭
