I'm looking for any shoujo or josei manga where the girl loses her memory.

The only ones I know off the top of my head are Six Half and Akuma to Love Song but (sadly) both of them are incomplete.........there's a substantial amount of them to read in English, but as far as I know are both abandoned scanlations, no complete English version out there to read, so I can't wholeheartedly recommend either of them to you.

(The main story has been translated, only the omake volume is missing).

I second Akuma to Love song as a rec, and add Kuutei Kaiko Toshi (completely scanlated) and Otomate's Amnesia series (not completely scanlated) to the list.
