rarely. The only one I've ever reread is Love Hina.
Reread it a couple of times. Going through Death Note again after reading vol 13. Going to start D N Angel again soon now that its been picked back up! Get Backers a few times cause it kicks ass.

I reread the really long series that are ongoing (ex: bleach, naruto and one piece) since I might get the newest chapter and think, "wtf is going on?" or I read a rumor on the net and try to confirm it. I reread the actual manga I own, since otherwise they'd just be taking up space. For the digital manga, it has to be a really good series warranting a reread or else I'd just move onto a new series.
"When we remember we are all mad, the mysteries disappear and life stands explained."

when i don´t remember what happened in the previous volume/chapter.
when i feel like reading certain manga again.
when i don´t find new entertaining manga
when the manga is finished and i don´t remember quite well the beggining or the middle part or to get a final impression by reading it whole.

I generally skim through countless random mangas with word file open to jot down the ones that are good. Then I'll reread those whenever I decide that I want to bring a new manga to the project list. If it's still good, then I add it to the short list and offer it to my staff and let them make the final choice. And anything that I translate, I end up reading through multiple times, obviously. Usually so many times that I start to hate it.
As for rereading mangas that I read for fun, I recently looked through Flame of Recca again... and I cringed. So much cursing... so much pointless cursing. Go me.
I, uh... also read Love Hina 3 or 4 times. Watched the anime twice too. Things were so much simpler in the old days. 🙄

I'll re-read if it's been a while since I last read it (and have the time). Usually I'm too busy reading new series to spend time on something I've already processed.

I reread manga that have a lot of detail (lot of little note) like Love Hina and Negima. but sometime Manga that have complicated story like Death note is a must.

I don't often reread manga but the ones I have are Sgt. Frog, Ouran High School Host Club, and Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro.
I reread manga.
But, most of time it's just to remind my self of what had happened of the Manga.
Or, it's just that I remember something; but not quite so end up rereading bunch of Mangas.
