I noticed that it's been updated, and the comm is Harudaki. Does anyone know if they're not allowing new members or something?

I guess you have to be registered on livejournal then join their group. They may have some set of rules though to be able to join (which is often the case with any lj scanlating group 🤢 ).

Yeah, they do, and I tried to join but there wasn't any word back so I was wondering if their membership is closed 🙁
