I would have to say Kureno and Arisa from Fruits Basket. Romance is not my thing at all, and usually it will turn me off a series in a flash (for example, I lost interest in Fruits Basket during the last third of the manga, when there started to be other serious couples), but there's just something about those two that makes them cute. Maybe the fact that they were so quiet about the whole thing, in spite of being really in love 🙂

Hatori and Kana is a close second, but they had already broken up pre-manga, so I don't know if they count or not.

My favorite couples are perhaps Tomahome and Meika. Izumi Sano and Mizuki Ashiya. Ther both have hard times but end up making it through them... I just can't wait untill Mizuki tells Sano the truth if that will ever happen. 😢

i totally hate akane.. >:-( she doesn't deserve ranma at all...she;s so mean to him it's unfair. Kyon/Haruhi(yes, it's important that Haruhi be a reluctant bottom and Kyon be a reluctant top)
Yuki/Kyon(yes, Yuki has to either be a. a shy top as Canon AU! Yuki or b. a seemingly uninterested top)

Both from the Suzumiya Haruhi series(I only really started liking Yuki/Kyon after reading the light novels, tho).

Shinji/Rei 3(Shinji has to be a pushy top who insists on trying to get Rei to remember Rei 2's life, Rei 3 has to be uninterested and perhaps take advantage of the situation).

Gendou/Rei 1/2/3(Gendou has to be the father turned lover, Rei has to be the willing accomplice who doesn't really know any better, and there needs to be lots of Gendou angst)

Yui/Gendou(because uke! Gendou is the cutest thing ever)

Neon Genesis Evangelion. I can't say they're my burning favorites, but the possibilities are endless even within such strict boundaries.

Gilgamesh/Saber/Gilgamesh(continuously shifting one-sided relationship that relies around Gilgamesh acquiring Saber various times throughout the ages)

Fate/Stay night. Gilgamesh is smecks, Saber less so.
