There is a yaoi manga where some guy wants to get his revenge on an old bully (because he used to be fat but he's lost weight), and he goes to his apartment and chloroforms him, and then ties him up. He ends up not being able to go through with it and the bully claims to not be angry, but then he rapes the other guy and confesses to him. Apparently the MC also gets stalked in this. Also, the art style is apparently pleasing to the eye, so it's not like too old of one. I already saw a suggestion of something called Irokoi Comedy, but that's not the right manga. Weirdly the same plot, but it's not the manga. Please help me 😔 😕

It's sounds similiar to Tsukiatte Agete mo Ii n Dakara ne, but I do not recall any drugging or rape. The rest is quite the same.
