Here's the reversible tag. There's plenty of titles like that. My personal two favourites would be Haru o Daite Ita and Kyuuso wa Cheese no Yume o Miru followed by the sequel Sojou no Koi wa Nido Haneru

True reversible couples are extremely rare in BL. The aforementioned Kyuuso wa Cheese no Yume o Miru and its sequel and titles like Koi ga Bokura wo Yurusu Hani - both of which have the reversibility split to something like 20-80, are the closest you're going to get, sadly. You're likely to have more luck finding equal relationships if you read western M/M romance. (Though they're still not common)

This about 4 years late and I don't know if you still want recommendation, but I've been looking for reversible pairing and have found quite a few. I don't remember them all but these are some of my favorites.

Guang Xiang This one is a chinese webcomic. It's also more of a shounen ai and we only really see any yaoi in the extra chapters (though it isn't super explicit). It's a bit cliche.
The story: pretty much just two high school friends, Yu Xiao Guang and Lin Xiang, that are too scared to confess to each other.
Even so, it's just a really cute story with lots of fluff, would recommend. Also the art style is really nice, and since it's a webcomic, its in colour.
Neko x Neko Probably my one of my favorite yaoi manga. This one is also really cute and fluffy.
The story: Keita was a very girly looking boy back in highschool. He has alwasy liked and admired manly men so he instantly like Satoshi, an upperclassmen with the perfect body. Keita confesses and assumes Keita only accepted him because he looked like a girl. Flash forward three year, Keita finally hit puberty and is scared Satoshi won't like him now that he's more manly.
This one doesn't overuse cliches for the most part and the art is pretty. It isn't an overly complex story but its nice and all the character are likable. One thing I really appreciate is considerate and patient with each other. (Also no rape, all sex is consensual which is a huge plus.) You should give this a shot. (Satoshi is best boi)
Usachan Ookami I would say this one is the closest to Three Wolves Mountain.
The story: Basically wolf boi x bunny boi become bunny boi x wolf boi.
The character are pretty likable and all but they aren't super developed. It's a cute enough story but not for you if your looking for something 'deep' (not that any of the ones I've mention are super deep either way).
Suki Na Hito Hodo This one is more intense than the first two.
The story: Don't fully remember but it's basically boss x employee turn employee x boss with a random cross-dresser thrown in for good measure.
It's pretty entertaining but much faster than most of the others.
Mazu Wa Ubaiai! Enjoyable and pretty cute.
The story: Seme x seme. Basically the story of two doctor that both wanna top each other. One of them is gay and the other is bisexual.
The story ain't super deep or complex but most of the characters are likable and a decent read. Not fluffy enough for my taste but there are fluffy moments. The art is not exactly to my taste but its by no means bad.
Hatsukoi No Atosaki Probably like this more than I should.
The story: Nishina and Miyama were in a relationship back in high school but broke up after graduation because internalised homophobia on Nishina's part. 10 years later, Nishina got married and divorced and sees Miyama again. What will happen (ohhh the suspense, gotta read to find out).
The art is good, the story is cute, idk what else to tell you.

More than anything, this came off as more of a rant about random manga I really enjoy but that's fine. Hope it helps, but prolly too late to be useful :/ oh well
