This is nothing big.
I live at GMT +2 and time is 02:12 AM here, but
my info shows that my local time is 01:12 AM so I suppose
that site's standard time is 1 hour behind the real time.

It's a known problem that deals with daylight savings...Manick just never fixed it yet.
