Not sure how to go about this...

Hi! Im fairly new to this whole translating/editing thing, and i was wondering if i could get some help around here....
One of my favorite mangas (kirai) was discontinued from translation and so after 400 days of no updates, i decided to take the effort upon myself. I have two questions, first, i found the raws from a popular chinese manga website, and is it ok if i use those raws? And second, how exactly does one go about finding a group to join? I dont want to commit to the group, but i figured if i was translating them anyways, i might as well make them available to wveryone else.
And sorry if this is in the wrong thread! It seemed to be the only place it would fit...
P.s. if anybody wants to host them, that would be fantastic, though they arent very good... just enough to get by until someone legit takes on the project 😛
P.p.s. sorry guys! In retrospect, that was a really dumb title!

You could try seeing if The End would be interested, since you're offering translation services and raws and it's close to the end. Otherwise, you could try some random shoujo groups... unfortunately, I don't know too many off the top of my head, but I know of Evil Flowers, Transcendence, Aerandria, Roselia, and Girls Generation. If there's a group you read a lot of shoujo projects from, I'd suggest going to their site and contacting them about your offer.
