Discuss it please, the reason why I didn't add a poll is because most people will just vote and then leave without posting anything. I personally hate 4-koma, it feels like I'm reading a comic in the newspaper or something, every half page has to be categorized.

It's just a format. I like 4-komas that are well written and/or funny and dislike ones that aren't, same with more standard format mangas

I like 4-komas for many reasons...mainly because they're simple and cute. 🙂

Two of my favorites include: Kill Me Baby and Acchi Kocchi

I like 4-komas, although the 4 komas that I usually read are like side stories/extras to the main story, which is written in traditional manga style.

Fantastic things, they really are.

i like them, especially if they are used as omake. FMA and Kami-nomi have great ones. But the ones from Nana to Kaoru are boring

as with most things
there are good and bad

Azumanga Daioh is one of the best comedy manga i have read
great art ,interesting characters and funny as hell
K-ON! and Lucky Star
bad art,forgettable characters,forgettable story...not that funny

but thats just what i think

They're usually hit or miss. Seem more like a place for the author's throwaway gags that wouldn't have fit into the larger story most of the time.
