That reminds me. A page, two or three back, i have a picture of Air Gear, i forgot which chapter, of the Manga. It has the blueprints and are very detailed with telling what are the parts. In case you missed it.

the only thing I can think of for the right portable engine inside the ATs are the magnetic engine, I don't know if it can give off a right amount of energy to push . A chip for ATs sounds like a good idea, ATs do need the switch to turn the back wheels off to stand by and watch storm riders battling it off.

What you mean, is a lock. Read the Manga. They have locks to stop them from accidentally activating the ATs at the wrong times.

with only 1 side of the blue print, it won't do much good. we better look the clip in the anime where the AT rotate while the parts are moving into it's place. if we can find one, big and clear, and in slow-mo, we can benefits alot from it.

one thing i'm sure about it, is that the parts for engine, brakes, air cushion and whole other stuff is in different part of the boot. it's like they make the mech and tech part first then put them together with the boots.

The one in the Manga, has labels, in case you needed to know.
I wonder, though, would there be any 'WIND' operations going on after that..

easily put, the manga has labels while the vids show a closer look at the parts. combine them. we'll get result somehow.

on the vids, what is that piston-like thingy in the middle/base of AT? ya know, the big thing ?
