i can’t remember exact details but it’s a BL where the parents of one of the leads has parents who are doctors that help kids in other country’s. they basically abandoned there son in japan and send him happy pictures of them with other kids. the son cuts out the kids from the photo and I think maybe puts pictures of himself instead. PLEASE HELP!!
