No, as I said It's just the general "feel"... I don't have a real reason for thinking so, I'm no artist, but after reading manga for so long I though that my "feel" might be accurate you know.
I may be wrong though. I'm in no way trying to sound as if I'm all knowing or anything so if you have a different opinnion feel free to give it... (I just got carried away a bit because I felt that you put words in my mouth...)

Well actually we're discussing why its drawn cuz it looks unprofessional and fake, and is probably not a real character in manga, but an amateur drawing

if you guys stop looking at the picture but the surroundings you'll kinda realize the picture is not part of a manga because the paper itself seems like a normal loose leaf sheet. also what the paper is on seems to be like those party or lunchroom tables, the ones that are usually covered up at parties you know what i mean, so taking that in account, it doesnt seem like it was drawn in a mangakas studio or anything like that. so i dunno i'm thinking it's just a drawing from an artist. prove me wrong though 😐

Hmm, it's not a character from any manga that I've seem before, probably someone could have drawn it from their imagination mixing different characters' features (ie Gon with Ichigo's sword and Van Fanel's wings?) Sorry can't help you there but like I said, it could be made up.

I have no idea. I don't read much shounen where characters have arnold-like muscles like that o.o
