Questions about some things in Beck... SPOILERS

I am currently starting volume 15, but there are some issues I haven't really understood in Beck.
1. Why does Ran hate Beck?
Who/What is Noir? A band?
Why does Leon Sykes want to kill/disband Ryusuke? I thought they won the bet for the most people at Grateful Sound Concert?
If possible, no spoilers please!

1. Ran's that producer for Eiji's band right? Remember when Eiji was supposed to play with Dying Breed at their secret gig but Matt burned his guitar and dissed Eiji in front of everyone? Then afterwards Matt brought Koyuki up on stage and he sang in front of everyone while that one guy filmed it all? I'm pretty sure that's what ticked Ran off.
- Uh, Ryuusuke and Beck lost the bet, that's why he ran away to America. The link at the bottom of my post shows the count at Grateful Sound after their show. the last official count they took at Grateful Sound (or last one that mattered to the story).

Also
Ryusuke stole Sykes' dog, and his guitar, don't forget that. Noir is a band as well, If I'm not mistaken they are American. Ran also hates the band for many, many, many reasons.

I'm at volume 28 and just finished chapter 82. Does anyone mind explaining that chapter for me? I hardly understood anything at all... 😕

Umm... It when Leon Sykes brings Koyuki and Ray to the 3rd stage in Grateful Sound, then there's some really confusing dialogue. Koyuki then begins playing Devil's Way while Leon records before there are some more confusing things that happen...

Finally finished it. I must say I love Beck. Although I wanted to see Maho make an appearance in the last chapter, it was still a pretty good ending. For me, the parts I specially liked about Beck were the romance between Maho and Koyuki, the music, the live shows and the story lot. But I have to say, Iliked the romance between Saitou and Momo. loved Maho and think she is one of the coolest girls that I have come across in mangas nd although she didn't show up in the last chapter, I think its pretty obvious that she and Koyuki are ending up together

Man, watched the anime years ago, but just realized the manga is complete. Didn't want to start the manga until I know it's done because I hate waiting for scans. But BOY, was it worth it. I just love the manga and the whole build up of the characters. After plowing through all the volumes in two days and basically ignoring work, I'm itching to discuss the manga and gets some thought. If anyone is still around, I have some questions that are still on my mind:

Did Ryusuke and Izumi ever get it on? They have quite a relationship going on in the beginning. And I find it quite sad that Izumi is not mentioned except for a brief train view and then Koyuki asking his old classmates what happened to her. Thought that she might at least show up at some Lives that MCS played at.

How far did Saku's relationship get to. It's weird that she had to ask Koyuki for permission to go out with Saku. And what happend to glasses girl? Did she give up after the festival when Koyuki ran away from her advances?

Are you afraid of how the Live Action movie is going to look? How far into the manga will the movie get into?

Is Maho the hottest female character ever, or what? She has personality and she is just sooooooooo fragile and strong at the same time.
Damn, I'm rambling, I need to sleep. But damn, again, I've never felt so satisficed after reading a manga and I've read a lot.
