Here's what I remember :
-The repairman fixed a fan, a TV, and other household appliances.
-The dad/guardian of the two kids was kind of quiet.
-The repairman distanced himself because he thought he was being weird/creepy to the dad.
-They get together in the end and ... well, you know 😉

Is it one manga that the guy brings a TV and another stuff saying they don't use at home, so it will be useful for them? Is it a manga by YAMADA Yugi??

Yes to the first part - Repairman tries to convince the dad that the dad would being doing him a favor by taking all that stuff.
But no to the second - YAMADA Yugi isn't the mangaka

Argh, I remember the image of the guy putting the TV in the living room, but I just don't remember who the mangaka is. I thought it was Yamada Yugi, but now I just don't know.
