Is there a Missing Chapter in "Imawa no Kuni no Alice"

No matter where I look, it seems that Chapter 1 Ends and then Chapter 2 skips to them with some chick playing a death Game, with no explanation in between. Am I missing something here? Is there some missing chapter I am not seeing?
