Sorry for EXTREMELY late reply. I don't usually use Baka-Updates for recruitment. We do need many more hard-working cleaners and typesetters for our projects, though.
I saw your concerns on another post. There are no age restrictions. Most work needs around 3-4 hours every 2-3 weeks.
