fish eyes- it wasn't like they were in a plate, it was more like you were expected to eat them along with the rest of the fish. And, of course, if you didn't the elders in the family would get insulted- it was a rather awkward situation

My choice of diet is pretty conservative I suppose. I've only tried:
- sea cucumbers
- antelope
- frogs
I know this is kinda popular but I really can't stand black pudding (I'm not a fan of warm blood gushing in my mouth 🤢 )

Bird's nest soup. My family likes it, but no. Just no.
Edit: Some street food. Chicken feet, head, etc.
They're good...when you have nothing to eat.

I eat chicken feet and I find it's okay - once you've gotten over the visuals I suppose. However, I have a phobia of birds so I can't stand looking at the head (like when you walk past some chinese restaurant and there are whole ducks/chickens hanging at the window 🤢 )
As for bird's nest soup, I dunno if it should be classed as 'freaky'. It's supposed to be a delicacy (but I just find it bland...)

err... I've never eaten them, but I might like to try some!
they look more like accessories more than food, they would make good keychains, not the real ones of course.
I never really ate anything adventurous.. "maybe" only at a matter of life or death, i guess i would..
// :Btw.. most of the posts on some of the first pages made me laugh.. starting with rat looking thing picture..

🤣 That made me laugh, it was lost in the word association before.
Balut isn't rotten, they're just gross.
I checked it up, and ended up thinking about fetuses. One reason why i wouldnt try it. 😲 Kudos for the ones who tried it and ended up liking it. I guess i really aint adventurous on food.
not really freaky, but grilled crocodile meat.
