i'm not excactly new here but i made an account just recently.

what i like most here is the reading list i can create since it only takes one click to see whether or not one of the manga i read got updated.

well. and thats the problem. this notification system is a little bugged. for some manga will never show me any updates, since this update system ONLY workd with manga that have a clear chaper number.

for expample: ares had 132 yesterday, today it has 133. system works. i see a red number 133 beside the name.

well and sometimes it just does not work:

I've read until the last chapter Übel Blatt v.5 c.4 but still i see a red (c.9) beside it.
yeah i know. one of the volumes of Übel blatt contained 9 chapters. ok but this was volume 3. thanks to this i will never see it if Übel blatt is updated. if blahsoft releases chapter 5 of v5 i wont know it.

this is just one example. the same goes for Shamo (since the chapter count restarted) and Superior (same as Übel blatt, released chapters are conted each volume)

some other manga would never show red chapter names at all since they are only released in complete volumes without a chapter count like
Homunculus
its currently at volume 8 but even if i would mark it as "read until v7 c1" it would not show me any update that v8 is allready out.

my suggestion to get rid of that problem is very simple:
All we need is a button that says "yeah i've read the last chapter that is released up until now" the moment that button is pressed a date will be saved.
and if anyone releases something (be it volume or chapter) after this date, a user will get a red [updated] mark beside the name of the series.

this method is not compicated to imply i hope. basicly it uses the same method like before, with just a general update notification without a chapter count.

Also, They just added sorting your reading list by latest release. I find it helpful.
