Okay, so I was reading the Spotted Flower manga, and one chapter their talking about an eroge game where traps (cute young male cross-dressers from what I understand that word to mean), get pregnant from the MC's character.

My question is are there really eroge games or hentai like that out there or was the category made up for the purposes of the story?

I can't imagine there'd be much of a demand for it... 😕
