Ongoing manga vs. Pilot edition

Bus Gamer has a "pilot edition" which is 11 chapters long, and completely scanlated. It has a oneshot sidestory, separately published, called The No Name's Summer. For a while, it was re-written and published in Comic Rex, up to 11 chapters before Comic Rex went under (at least, I think that's what happened to Comic Rex).
The thing is, I was wondering if I should edit the current manga info to reflect the 'on-hold' status of the manga, or create a new entry for it. Currently, the site says its complete and completely scanlated, referring to the status of the Pilot Edition. The No Name's Summer is listed as a chapter of the manga.
Thoughts?

If Comic Rex went under, then it's considered complete, since no new chapters are gonna come

So the status remains complete, but would the scanlation status change? The Comic Rex chapters aren't completely scanlated.

Are they not? You just said it's 11 chapters long, and I see 11 chapters of releases on MU

Those 11 chapters are the ones in the Pilot Edition. The chapters published in Comic Rex are different, and have been scanlated only up to chapter 5.
My question (which I realize wasn't that clear in my original post) is whether or not it would be a good idea to make a separate listing for the Comic Rex chapters or simply edit the info on the current page to say that it's not completely scanlated.

If there are two versions of the story, then perhaps there needs to be a separate entry for the Comic Rex's version. And the original should be added in related series as "Alternate Story".
You can PM me if you need a temporary (freelance) cleaner/redrawer for some project. Especially if it's something with nice art.
Being the lazy person that I am, I'm not likely to accept anything long-term though.

Wait a minute, I'm looking at the Wikipedia article ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bus_Gamer ), and it says that the pilot edition WAS the one published in Comic Rex

The question is: what does wikipedia base the information on?
The MU page suggests that Square Enix was the original publisher first. ANN seems to agree (they don't list Ichinjinsha at all).
Hmm... http://www.square-enix.co.jp/magazine/lineup-book/janrubetu/stencil_c.html says that the first vol was released in 2001. It seems that Square Enix's Stencil had it first, after all.

Pilot Edition (2005)
Comic Rex chapters (2008)
Official website
The art for both is also way different, I can upload the first page for each if you want to see. Basically the story's the same, but the pacing for the Comic Rex chapters is slower. In the Pilot Edition, multiple Games have taken place.
