I tracked the names down to Beatrice and Battler from Umineko no Naku Koro ni, which means it's a doujinshi...

I tried variations of the name in the search bar here and at Mugimugi but still nothing, so I'm thinking it might not be added yet, but I am really curious about the mangaka and such.

As long as there wasn't some form of impropriety, it's a dj from Nekome Mikku "猫目ミック" Pixiv's account.

Anyways, the person's account is gone; so, shenanigans could have happened.
