Does anyone have a proper Chapter / Volume list after Vol. 9, I cant find a reliable one, im taking as reference the one on Manga Fox but its different on other manga reading sites, so i still dont know wich one is the right one.

You could just download the raws and take a look at them. I did it and this here should be right:

Volume 09: Chapter 066-074
Volume 10: Chapter 075-084
Volume 11: Chapter 085-092
Volume 12: Chapter 093-100

Not sure about volume 13...

and
14: 110-117

This is mostly guess-work, but supposing the volumes are fairly uniform in thickness it should work out like this.

13 & 14 have Seventeen chapters to share between them (One with eight, and the other with nine). 13 probably holds more chapters since the first eight chapters range from 18-22 pages while the latter nine are mostly comprised of 24 & 26 page chapters.
