This is going to be rather vague, but I read this an incredibly long time ago.
It was about a man who worked at a (advertising?) firm, when a cocky newbie comes in and is very disrespectful. You later find out later that the newbie had always admired him, and that he thought his "spark" for the business had died down.
Any suggestions?
Oh, and in the end, they have man sex. >.<
