I’m looking for suggestions for an isekai thriller (not sure if that is the correct word but it is the only one I can think of other than body horror.

Basically I want the (manga/manhwa/manhua/comic/whatever) (maybe a novel if you highly recommend) to embrace the terrifying elements of suddenly being thrown into a new world (examples below, obviously it doesn’t need to have all of them, or even one, it’s just to explain what I’m looking for)

(highlighting the (panic?) of suddenly entering in a body in middle of a conversation, surrounded by strangers speaking a language you don’t know (bonus points for showing the protagonist slowly learning the language over time (or not at all? Not making an effort as denial that they left their world?? )) / being in a new body (I’m shocked by how protagonists barely bat an eye)/ suddenly being a relevant political figure in the middle of politics you never heard of/ missing friends, family, and pets, knowing you will never see them again/ the imposter syndrome that you are taking a body that is not yours, in a world you just found out about/ etc..)

A webtoon I enjoyed (that was kinda like this at the beginning) is Surviving Romance.
