I hope I don't appear treacherous for posting about an anime in here, and after a brief scan I couldn't see any other more appropriate place to post this...

Shy, rather ditzy girl likes a guy who seems to be handsome, clever, has it all. By misfortune she ends up moving into the same house as him, because their dads are friends and something happens to her house I think...? He has an annoying little brother who always insults her, he himself is very cold to her, possibly because she's a bit on the dim side (but well-meaning, of course.)
He later studies to be a doctor, at university, and she studies to be a nurse, to be with him.
On their honeymoon in... Hawaii...? some other woman, also on her honeymoon, is a bit of a horrible person and keeps trying to steal him (is his name Ryuuji?) from her.

These are all just odd snippets from different episodes, and the anime nicely covers all the way from it being a high-school crush, to when they're married with and visiting his grandma or something?
