I read this manga years ago but I don't recall the title and I would love to finish it!

It was about this man (I'm not sure if he was a high school student or a college student), but he did seem older, maybe around 16-25 ?

And he had this relationship with this little kid with black hair. The little kid was probably around 4 years old or so. He is also very shy and he got really close to the guy.

I remember this one scene I thought was the cutest scene. The kid was eyeing the guy's hand and he was about to grab it, but in the end he ended up not doing it.

I think someone was there looking at that and they said something like "POOR KID, HE WAS GONNA HOLD HIS HAND SOBS"
