Yes, I do indeed find it a sad commentary regarding the almost fifty percent of people who answered in that way. I'm sorry, that's just how "communities", in the broad sense of that term, work. People's behavior reflects upon them in the eyes of the community.

Almost half of the people who bothered to reply saying they've never found even one thing that they'd reread even a single time, and go on to say they're so close-minded that they wouldn't even consider doing so.........yeah, if they're being serious, that to me is a sad thing to think about those people.

You, of course, don't fall into that group I'm taking it.........you are referring to ones you've read again "as a kid", right? I didn't say I reread things ten times, or cried "again, again!", my negative feelings here are most concerned with the adamant tone the "never" replies seem to indicate..........I'm sorry, but saying things like "never have, never will", simply doesn't, and shouldn't, reflect well on people in the majority of circumstances 🙂

Check the results on the left hand side; you'll see that a great majority of people have re-read a series, and for those who haven't, there is no "never will" response.

Holy cow, that's kind of a confusing way to present this........but yeah, you're right, my bad, I see it now that I look a little closer, results from the previous poll are put into the text of the new poll........looking like a part of that poll to, well, to me at the very least 😀
