Red Fang Project is a small group that only focuses on one manga: Red Fang a.k.a. Akai Kiba.

The series was created back in the 1980's, and the genre is a mix of shoujo and shonen (with more a focus on shoujo). The manga was loosely adapted into an OVA in 1989. Several chapters have already been released, you can download them at:

Basically, I'll send you the scans and the translations. Clean them and typeset them and all is good. If you are inexperienced that is OK. While there will be some standard, I do not expect elite quality. This is a great way to put something on your resume, as well as getting in consistent practice, if you're looking at going somewhere in the future.

This also is not a heavy work load. You'll need to be able to release at least one chapter (which varies anywhere between 10-20 pages) per week. The more the better, and it is certainly encouraged to release more. But if you can only do one chapter a week, that is good enough.
