You know those pulley machines at the video arcades, malls, theme parks, etc..

You put in a few coins and the machine activates, given a certain time limit you try and attempt to get a doll / bear.

Well earlier today was my 4th time getting TWO at the same time. Everyday since the beginning of the school year ( Currently a Junior / 11th grade ), I would go off campus for lunch and buy food. I usually would spend my change from the food usually a buck or two and attempt the pulley machine. So far in this school year I have gotten 15 dolls, 14 cars, 16 bears, 12 others ( snakes, monkeys, etc.. ). Also 4 times of which I gotten two at the same time.

At first before I tried, I failed so badly at them I would ignore them. Than one time with a friend I made a bet, attempted it and won.

I'd like to think myself a pro now hehe. But I'm actually running out of space for my collection...

But I have a collection of stuffed animals from it. Almost every guy I know is good at it, and being the (usually) only girl present when they do it, I get the prize 😀

The last timed I tried I got like 3 of them.The trick is that u have to look for something that is loose and not want you want.That's want i do. i don't have a collection, because I give them away I don't like want i get.

I guess you can hi-jack someones idea, but you'll never understand their plan for its success.

Yeah I've given like 6-7 away from the little boys/girls looking at me get them. Especially when I bring them to school everyone ask "What the hell are you holding?!", or "Thats very cute can I have it?".

I feel like its a useless talent.

Yeah. I fail at it. At most video games/stuff like that in general, actually. Karaoke Revolution and Rock Band are about as good as it gets for me, and that's only because they're about musical ability, not gaming ability.

Btw, shouldn't this be in the games section?

Its rather simple, just look for one thats easiest to grab with all of the fingers or forks. Sometimes it is rigged, you have to look at the pulley and guess its strength of grabbing. Try to grab the body and not the legs/arms/(maybe head, big heads help). Also do not waste money and money just to get one prize. If you fail 2-3 times try again another day. It just gets more frustrating when you realized you spend 10$ and fail each time.
