"hide this group's releases on the Releases page" is a feature that works quite well.
Problem is, I don't check the release page too see if any of the series that I follow have new chapters. I check the My lists page (Also known as Your Reading List) I always get really happy when I see that one of my favorite series has a new chapter out, only to be tremendously disappointed when I find out that the newest chapters are released by a really low quality group.

Would it be possible to get a "hide this group's releases on the My Lists page"?
Which would also remove those chapters from the available chapters for you.
So if Group A scanlates a series and is at chapter 17 and another group B translates chapter 18 or higher it would not display those series as a red chapter mark if you have hidden that group.

Ahaha, I've been wishing for this exact same thing for forever. ;D

I even have a separate list for all of the series that have a crap release group now. :-P

Seriously want this.

In example, Kingdom just got updated with a scanlated chapter for 382, while the normal scanlator group is only at 357. You can see how this is incredibly annoying? Now I'm stuck with chapter 382 in the reading list and I won't know if 358 and etc. is released!

That said, please make it possible to only exclude groups for specific manga.
