I don't mind him, actually.
Probably because I don't keep up with Naruto anymore.
Back when I did, I still wasn't annoyed with him. I ignored him when he got a bit annoying.

I actually just ignore any character when they started to annoy me in anything.

I know that I don't like a manga when I'm ignoring every single person in it, thus making it impossible to read.

Anyway, back on topic... I don't hate him. I wasn't paying attention enough.

i love sasu, but i think ppl hate him b/c he keeps screwing up and becoming emo for it. but i still love him

Except Batman is actually cool, so he can pull off the constant brooding. Plus his mask adds to the whole mysterious dark superhero type of thing. Sasuke doesn't even have a mask... and is quite easy to read "I want revenge!" or after he got it: "I want even more revenge!"... wonder whats next after Konoha?

I'll tell you why many people hate Sasuke, because of hypocrisy, As you should now, Manga (and any other literary work) characters have to be like the author at a certain degree, we people cannot understand other people way of thinking at all, so we use ourselves as a guide to make our characters, in the case of naruto, kishimoto has claimed the three main characters are almost totally based upon on him, what makes them different is this: Naruto is just like kishimoto, they share many of their optimistic way of thinking, theri affection of their friends and their goal of fullfilling their dreams, whereas sasuke is what masashi kishimoto "WOULD LIKE TO BE" a character based upon what you are not can be easly recognized by it's bizarre logic (i'm going to rebuild my clan by killing the only member alive besides me) and even in their mary-sue-esque dialogue and acting, to sum it up: we hate sasuke because he is just the manifestation of kishimoto's unfullfilled dreams of grandeur, he even gives him more importance than what the main character should receive.

We hate you sasuke you are just a product of an unfulfilled dream 😀
