Well, I don't really hate him (as since he isn't real I can't) but I do find him very very annoying, and I roll my eyes every time he appears in the series. He's only had one loss in the series and it doesn't even count b/c not only was his opponent unwilling to kill him, but they died from mysterious coincidental disease #46 before they could even get a chance. If he uses his uber pwnage to take out even one of the Kage and their elite guard then I may have to stop reading for a while.

Despite all that, right now, Sasuke doesn't annoy me as much as Naruto, himself. The main character of an action-oriented manga refuses to fight, and heals through the "power of forgiveness"? WTF?! 😕

I don't like Sasuke because apparently he is just a whiny brat looking for some family love. Seriously, he didn't grow in the entire god damn manga. He just gets more and more pissed off. Even Naruto irritates me because he just doesn't seem like he is acting like a ninja. Hell, a lot of characters don't act like ninjas in here. I just don't get it. I understand the mangaka should do whatever he wants but REALLY? It is almost like them glittering vampires in Twilight....oh that just ruins the mythos.

Because Sasuke is an over-dramatic loser who doesn't deserve to live. Every possible moment he spends alive he's given a reserve seat to character development and doesn't use that time for anything meaningful. His whole character is based on this revenge obsession and even if he gets revenge he comes up with new more convoluted ways to seek revenge.

The whole purpose of his character is to be hated. I would actually suspect the author of purposefully intending this, but it seems he likes this character and can't see how much of a loser he made him into.

When you create a character who spends more time being a victim and is constantly succeeding in any battle brought against him, you can't help but think he's undeserving of it all.

For those who do not believe in the stereotype called emo, I simply believe most hate him simply because he brings a sense of negativity, coupled with an unwavering sense of selfish insight that effect his decisions, which, well of course he does! He should.

He is if couse, the antagonist of the plot. Most hate him for that reason alone. (Or so I beileve, personally.)
(Though I'm aware that him being the antagonist does not make hating him for that reason alone, wrong at all.)
