I don't agree with Sasuke's decision. The way he thinks, the way the act... just like everything he can do is revenge. He is obsessed by revenge too much. Why can't he be more thoughtful ? Why don't he use his head to find the truth from the start ? He's smart so why don't he know how people love him? Why take his revenge on people around him while he can treasure them with his power...

simple, he spend years building hatred up for his brother, evry night every day only thinking about he will kill him. Then finally he does t turns out his bro did it all for him , and because some random guy he meets for the first time tells him it was all the leaf's doing, he decides to getr evenge on them -.-

That pretty much sums it up 😐 He dosen't try to find some explanation to what happened and try to prove Itachi is good.

Then he suddenly finds out there was a twist facepalm and Itachi is a victim and loved him.

The when Itachi dies some random guy tells him that the Leaf did shit ages ago. He's goes into emo mode and is like "I'll kill konoha, they can never understand my pain".

Why does he listen to some random guy who just pops up? How does figure Naruto and friends are responsible for what grandma did decades ago? He's emo and retarded.

why do I hate sasuke? same reason other people hate him. His hate is misdirected. If some totally random guy said I am responsible for your clan's death, you can bet your ass that he will kill that random guy too. Basically he is unstable bastard who needs to seriously rethink his priorities.

second, third and fourth all the hated comments about that asshole sasuke. He first killed his brother Itachi who was one of my favourite characters, then he finds out that his brother was actually protecting him, then enter emo mode all over again, then he listens and trusts Madara a guy he just recently met and so he enters into anger/revenge mode. So now he wants to destroy the village, the very village that Itachi wanted to protect. He is willing to kill his friends for this(like sakura oh god how i wished that he had killed her), he is willing to kill anyone for this even though they are not responsible for what happened to his clan, instead of targeting the specific group responsible he is prepared to destroy the WHOLE village. I just can't understand people who like this emo homo revenge obsessed character. I really really hope that Sasuke dies though this is probably not gonna happen because Naruto is a bisexual who loves Sasuke and Sakura and thus the two of the characters that I hate the most--sakura for being infinitely useless and sasuke--for being what i just stated above will NOT DIE because of Naruto which makes me sad because I really want both of them to die. I would be happy if they both died. Its ok if sakura doesn't die i can live with that but I want sasuke to die a painful emo homo death lol. As you can see i really hate him a lot lol.

Sasuke wants to kill and entire village of people, not one person.

Guts is much closer to Naruto as Guts was betrayed by Griffith, whom he regarded as a brother similar to Naruto's feelings concerning sasuke.
Griffith was always shown as superior to Guts, similiar to Sasuke comparison to Naruto.
Both gutts and naruto have a evil presences within them, naruto having the ninetail fox and gutts having the hell hound.

No depth really, just revenge this and revenge that.

Sasuke's portrayal is too simplistic. The whole story has been on his revenge. Naruto's portrayal is also very simplistic, painfully demonstrate when he stupidly convinced Pain to become "good".

you guys forget the most important part. This is a manga aimed at 10 - 14 year olds and we cant have them thinking 2 much.

As a charactor i think he had great potential for development...But you see there was none.
He stayed a kid till the very end, no development whatsoever besides a little more hatred.

I don't particularly hate him for trying to kill konoha, More inocent death will make things interesting...I wonder if after he kills inocent kids will naruto still love him AND commite a lovers suicide.
