I don't really have any recommendations but you can try the advanced search option and type in "Foreigner/s" in the tags and you might find something you like.

Otouto no Otto is a bit different, because it's the main character's deceased brother's husband who is foreigner, but it's still a beautiful story and it's not BL, despite the husband being gay.
