If you were to be forced to date any three of the characters (at once) in Zetsubou Sensei, which three would you least/most want to date and in what order? This question just popped into my mind after watching one particularly hilarious episode that ended with a variety of crude instruments of destruction.

My picks for least
1) Chiri Kitsu- She'd be such a pain on her own that I'd hang myself to avoid her overbearing standards. The berserk mentality she'd get from dating two other people only makes things that much worse.

2) Kaere Kimura- Another violent freak who is more than happy to sue you for getting blood in her eyes. The fact that her cooking from her unnamed native country will likely send me to hell if I survive the beatings, litigation and incarceration makes her a very close second to Chiri.

3) Kafuka Fuura- Her family problems alone would make me want to leave the country if I ever had to date this girl. Add to that the hints on how seriously messed up she is and I may as well be locked in a room with Chiri and a picture of me with ten other women.

My picks for most
1) Kiri Komori- The girl cooks, cleans and gives her hubby money. If you ever want to dump her, all you have to do is never visit her since she never leaves her home. Possible bisexual.

2) Chie Arai- A woman that has a steady job and a great body. She seems to have a good relationship with Kiri Komori, making for a very possible happy ending. Possible bisexual.

3) Nami Hitō- Largely harmless. All her problems are nothing compared to the issues every other character has. Would have picked Matoi Tsunetsuki but her relationship with Komori is bad and I like reading my mail.

Hahaha...3rd Season, ep 6 part 2? That one cracked me up especially when chiri disproved his theory of a circle.

I'm surprised there hasn't been a favorite/least favorite girl thread yet for this series.

Anyway, on to the thread.

For least.

1.) Kitsu Chiri - For obvious reasons. Even if we disregard the yandere part, the fact that we need to consider the situation of dating three girls at once, we'll never hear the end of it from a proper girl like her. While I have a small tendency to having OCD, following her standards would also probably drive me mad. Now, if we consider her yandere persona too...





2.) Fuura Kafuka - Same reasons as drunkguy.
Watch until 5:50 to get reasons for Kafuka - while the video focuses on Meru, it's the best scene I could think of to show how messed up Kafuka is.

3.) Mitama Mayo - Expresses her love through causing you pain. Reminds me of Karakasa no Saien.

For most, it's a bit tricky as I'll need to consider their relationships as well.

For the most part, I also agree with drunk guy on the first two but can't think of the third one for reasons below:


Tsunetsuki Matoi - Bad relationship with Komori Kiri otherwise I'd pick her...I don't even get mail.

Itoshiki Rin - I doubt an Oujo-sama and her family would accept polygamy.

Kobushi Abiru - I could be accused of domestic violence

Nami Hito - Only reason to pick her is because I got no choice.

Fujiyoshi Harumi - Creepy. Read Fujoshi Kanojo to understand.

Sekiutsu Maria Tarō - Loli.

Otonashi Meru - Refer to video for Kafuka

Kimura Kaere - I'd be sued for polygamy and everything else.

Kaga Ai - Annoying...seriously.

Ōkusa Manami - Already married.

Ōra Kanako - Possible...but she could care less.

Marui - Already likes Kino Kuniya.

Maruuchi Shōko - Not familiar.

Nedu Miko - Not familiar.

I was surprised there weren't any threads for this until mine. If it wasn't for that episode, I probably wouldn't have bothered. It pretty much dispelled any doubts which character would be the most hazardous to my health.

I generally agree with you about Mitama Mayo being one of the worst girls to have a relationship with but I don't think she really would qualify for the top three in a harem. Her only unpleasant characteristic is her penchant for violence. With two other meat shields, you can limit the damage. Meanwhile, Kimura Kaere, Tsunetsuki Matoi and Kobushi Abiru would also beat you to death in that situation and cause you some kind of additional grief to boot.

In a monogamous relationship, she would be a match for Kafka and second only to Kitsu Chiri. The only way Chiri could become worse is if her brain was put in Kotonon's body...

I had trouble filling in the third space for the optimal three myself. I considered Ōra Kanako but there were too many unknowns about her. Early on Chiri also didn't seem so bad but look at her now. That and I'd worry strangers would abuse her trust at my expense. Now that I think about it, the onloy reason I picked Nami was because she was the lesser of all the evils. She has a lot of problems in a normal way that makes her generally unattractive.

My least picks:

3. Tsunetsuki Matoi: I have to say, I appreciate my privacy more than most people I know. And frankly, with her around, it'd be difficult to get a moment to myself. And I don't much care for mail, but I do need it every now and then...

2. Kitsu Chiri: Oh HELL no. This girl is effing crazy. I agree with the above posters, and would hold off on dating her for similar reasons.

1. Fuura Kafuka: I have no patience for overly cheery people, at least not in relationships. And that's putting her vast mental problems aside. I'm interested in her as a character, but I don't think I'd be able to deal with her.

For most:

3. Kaga Ai: I like to think the fact that she's always putting herself down and apologizing for everything would leave plenty of openings for the Princess treatment. I'd romance her so badly she'd shut up- and that's saying something. Plus her mole is adorable.

2. Sekiutsu Tarou Maria: She might be a loli, but damn if that tendency to not wear underwear isn't suggestive. I'd totally take advantage of that. Plus out of all the girls I think she'd be fine with having a three-way relationship. She's also refreshingly simple in many ways, and always quietly cheery. I like her a lot.

1. Kudo Jun: Because forget your rules, I'm a girl and I think he's super hot. I've always been a big fan of books and storytelling, and I envy the ability to make anyone cry from drama. Plus he has decent taste in novels as well, and a rival. Somehow that makes him even more attractive to me...
