I don't really remember the detail,but I hope this will help you to find the manga

The manga starts when a boy who is caught in an accident and he fell in unconscious state/coma... In another realm of coma people,he wakes up wondering where he is and he finds a girl who is sitting on a throne and act like a queen there... She said that people always come there but they will gone because they got sucked by a cyclone for unknown reason... She often hears her name being called inside the cyclone but she never answer it because she don't want to get sucked by it... The boy then got his name called by the cyclone that arrived there suddenly and he answered it,that's when he wake up from his coma... He then researched about the girl after asking her name back then... Fortunately,the girl is inside the same hospital as him and he learned that the girl has been in unconscious state for 5 years...the boy then called her name and that's when the girl wake up from her coma and they both kissed each other

dang.. I also once read this manga before, unfortunately I forgot about this manga..if i remember correctly, this manga was either one-shot or collection of stories. It's romantic + seinen, i think. I'll let you know if i found this manga
