it is ecchi but mostly it's action.... and yes, it does contain ecchi action

If by ecchi action you mean panties, bare tits and in some occasions completely naked. then yes, it has ecchi action and alot.
I recommend this manga and for its ecchi parts, but because it is great(One of my favorite)
